We build the hiring pipeline, so teams can build everything else.
Talenta started with a simple frustration: a single job opening touched a dozen tools and three inboxes, and the moment someone forgot to forward an email, a strong candidate went cold. We wanted one connected system where a recruitment request flows straight through to an offer letter.
Today, Talenta runs the full applicant-tracking pipeline. A hiring manager raises a requirement, HR approves and publishes it, and an AI engine screens, ranks, schedules, and scores — while every action is written to one shared record.
What we believe
How the pipeline works
1. Requirement & approval. A department manager creates a job requirement. HR approves it — publishing the job to this website — or rejects it with a written reason.
2. Applications & screening. Candidates apply from the Careers page and upload a CV. Every application is stored, then the AI engine screens the resume, matches skills using NLP, and produces a ranking score.
3. Interview & assessment. The AI assistant schedules interviews for approved candidates and assigns a practical assessment. Results are scored automatically and returned to HR and the hiring manager for re-approval.
4. Evaluation & offer. After interviews, HR and the hiring manager submit feedback and a final score. HR runs background verification, negotiates salary, and sends the offer letter. Accepted offers move straight into onboarding.
